I need you available Monday - Saturday... 9 am est to 5 pm est

You must have experience using the help desk kayako. I'm trying to get my support tickets answered within 3-5 minutes MAX which means sometimes you might sit there for hours with no support ticket.. but when it comes in it needs answered immediately via chat and helpdesk. I'll be here to help you train fast.

If this works out you can have a job for years in my company.
