I have a Social Networking website. I need small changes to be done. Programmer must be familiar with social networking websites. My website uses smarty so programmer must know smarty. For example: One task I would like to have implemented is my own instant messaging system to be put on the website. There are other points to be done as well. It will also be helpful if programmer has html/css/smarty/social network experience. Best programmer gets the job and also more work.
I don't need Instant Messaging on the website right now. I have other simple task that need to be done though.
