I have a site design .PSD need to make to psd to xhtml/css, ~ 4/5 pages (mostly the same)
W3C Validation: Validated Css/Xhtml
Browsers Compatibility: I.E 7.x and over, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera, Mac Safari, Mozila, Google Chrome
PM me if want to see the PSD before, and start your bid and PM with the number 42 so I know you read all - bid without this will be ignored
Clean, modern and smart tableless coding is mandatory: I see a table -> you will not be payed
Copy-pasted bids will be ignored, same for "I can do it" PMs or messages with over 9000 examples links: send MAX 3 samples or your bid will be ignored
No escrow, milestone, anything before project is completed: if you don't agree with this just don't bid
East-Europe and Chinese freelancers will be strongly preferred over Indian firms
