Modify and deploy remote administration software product

Make trivial changes to remote administration software project MeshCentral, and the hosts that connect to it must run MeshAgent.
I need a person that can deploy a product called MeshCentral on one of my servers and make some trivial modifications to agent (written in visual C++).

Specific tasks:
1. Install MeshCentral on a Windows Server
2. Install LetsEncrypt certificate on the server
3. Modify MeshAgent VC++ source code so process name, service name are both renamed
Person hired for this project must be willing to do the following:
1. Must be able to start right away
2. Run the freelancer time tracking application - no exceptions
