Require a c# TCP server application which could PERFECTLY convert all types of HL7 messages (all HL7 standard segments) to XML and JSON. After conversion, parsing of output (XML and JSON) need to be done pragmatically to ensure the conversion is successful and then send back an HL7 ACK to caller as string.
