Hi, I want to connect my device zkteco uface800 with biotime 8.0, when I enter ipaddress & serial no., it shows a red line, it should show green tick, the device is being pinged, but it wont connect biotime.

Prefered a person from Karachi but anyone who knows how to do it, can come on call with me.
