Custom MT4 indicators

Project:

Two indicators I will give you:

I need 3 indicator alerts created please:

Alert type 1.

Occurs when:

i) Last CLOSING value of [url removed, login to view] (2dp) < (Last CLOSING value of yellow.mql-1) (2dp)

AND

ii) Last CLOSING price is < Last CLOSING value of yellow (to full number of dp)

OPTION in “input” tab of properties for me to choose < than OR >than AND the timeframe it applies to

(both i) & ii) will either be <than or >than and apply to the same timeframe

Alert type 2.

Last CLOSING price is < Last CLOSING value of [url removed, login to view] by >than or < than 2 pips depending obviously on direction

OPTION in “input” tab of properties for me to choose < than OR >than AND the timeframe it applies to

Alert type 3.

Last CLOSING price is < Last CLOSING value of [url removed, login to view] by >than or < than 2 pips depending obviously on direction

OPTION in “input” tab of properties for me to choose < than OR >than AND the timeframe it applies to

ALERT Is an email alert as well as loud bell.

Option to use indicators simultaneously across TFs.

So to clarify 3 indicator alerts, I think it should be simple for an experienced MT4 person but I want it done to a high standard so willing to pay what I think is fair (up to $150 for very experienced MT4 person).
