Requirements:
Ground floor:
1. Formal living (10-12 guests) with wash area & a powder room - with a view on the front-yard
2. Living (10-12 guests) with wash area & a powder room
3. Shared dinning (between living and formal living) that can be opened to one and closed to the other one at any time
4. Guest bedroom
5. One-wall show kitchen
6. Left (elevator)
7. Entryway
8. Detached man cave
9. Outdoor BBQ area
10. Shaded parking for two cars incorporated in the design
Ground floor service block, each with a separate outdoor entrance
1. kitchen with a store,
2. laundry room (2 washing machines and ironing board)
3. maids bedroom (2 single beds)
First floor:
1. 3 bedrooms
2. Master bedroom with a big dressing room
3. One-wall show kitchen
4. A small living room (if space permits)
General:
1. All bedrooms should have their own en suite bathroom and a dressing area
2. The design should take into account the sun and wind study
3. Natural lighting wherever possible with minimum exposure to direct sun light
4. The service block is attached to the main villa close by the parking and the dinning room
