Design Job (DTP) - Workflow Chart & PDF

We need someone to carry out two projects within one:
1) Design a "Workflow Chart" - see attached as very basic example. We need someone to make it look modern, cool, colourful and exciting. We need this in all formats.
2) Once this is done we then need a PDF brochure designed ( we will send text only) - see example attached. We need mainly in High Res PDF, low res PDF for email plus INDD file.
