need to add a validator contract in my PoA blockchain network

I am looking for a skilled developer who can create a validator contract for my Proof of Authority (PoA) blockchain network. The project requirements are as follows:

Programming Language: Solidity

Validator Contract:

- The validator contract needs to be created from scratch.

- The purpose of the validator contract is to add or remove existing validators in the PoA blockchain network.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Strong proficiency in Solidity programming language.

- Experience in developing smart contracts for blockchain networks.

- Familiarity with PoA consensus algorithms and validator management.

- Knowledge of blockchain security best practices.
