Primary Responsibilities
------------------------------
• Recognize and reach out to clients in businesses.
• Pitch our product.
• Develop presentations.
• Develop sales email content and tele script.
• Create and assess a business marketing strategy.
• Develop relationships with vendors.
• Demonstrate company products and solutions.
• Articulate competitive positioning.
• Follow up with leads aggressively.
• LinkedIn Research
• Solicit feedback on products and services.
Job Competency
-----------------
• Should be able to work with minimal guidance.
• Should be able to take end-to-end responsibility like identify the prospects, developing presentations, documentations, sales email contents, tele script.
• Should have faith in our product.
• Need to spent 3-4 hours a day.
• Prior 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales desired.
• Fluency in English.
Cold calling
Payscale
-----------------
• 5000 to 30000 INR per month, expected working time per day is 3-4 hours.
• Apart from that if the targeted appointment is set, then extra incentives will be provided.
• ESOP company shares could be provided which could be 5X to 100X in the upcoming 2-3 years.
• Looking for employees from India only as of now.
• Note that all of the above points are dependent on our discussion/interview.
