Complete Web Job -- 5

Our developer quit the job at the very end. We need someone to deploy the current code and implement the "admin section of the old code" and connect the site to the database that loads the map. This is 1 hour of work and must be done ASAP with me.

Must be expert on the skills below. Don't bother if you are not.
