Manipulate CAD Drawings and Extract Room Size Info

I need someone who can edit CAD drawings and then extract room information from them.
List of requirements are as follows:
1. Section off hallways to be smaller rectangles instead of one large hallway space.
2. Add room numbers to each space shown in the CAD drawings. (Including each hallway section)
3. Extract a list of information from the CAD drawings and list it in an excel file including:
i. Room Name.
ii. Room Number
iii. Room Size (in square feet)
iv. Ceiling Height (in feet)
4. Provide the edited CAD file with room numbers shown
The drawing set is for a hospital and accuracy is extremely important. For this initial project I will send over one small floor to ensure that your deliverable meets expectations. If satisfied, I will release the other 10 floors and additional payment. If you have read this far begin your bid with the word green.
I have included a photo of starting floor as well as a photo showing how i would like the corridors split as a reference.
