Augmented Reality business card

Dear sir/mam.

We need to develop for our client an AR business card.

When clicked on a name of the company on the businesscard ( it schould look like a button, or maybe only first letter) - 3 more buttons are appearing.

1st. when clicked -) takes user to a slideshow or carousel of 12 pictures of the giver of the card.

2nd. when clicked -) direclty calling to the giver of the card

3rd. when clicked -) takes user to the FB page of the giver of the card.

Budget is 150 dollars!!! Don't offer more please, you wont be concidered.
