create CM to existing site in ASP with accessDB

My client has a site in ASP that is finished and working.

I need you to create an Admin Pannel- with:

Login and ability to edit all fields in the data base.

The data base has 9 tables, so the Admin pannel will need about 9 pages.

Also I need the ability to change existing images (ASPuploadand ASPJPG are installed on server).

On one of the pages I need to be able to edit a large section of text, for that I need a simple text editor to insert bold and link tags.
