Real Estate For Sale By Owner

I am looking for a Complete web site designed and Development to do the following:

I am looking to have a FOR SALE BY OWNER web site that people who are looking to sell their homes or land can list it on the site for sale...

Here is the basic functionalities

a) Allow people to login and set up their own user name and password to upload photo's of the house for sale up to say 10 photo's

b) allow them to write up a script/profile on the property witb price, location etc.

c) after 60 days if the seller has not removed the site or renewed the listing it will automaticly be marked as sold, (10 days prior to expiration I want to have anotice go out to remind the seller that their ad is about to expire and allow them the opportunity to renew for 30 more days)

d) I want people to be able to search by zip code when the come to search for property.

e) the system should have a intermail system so that people don't have to give out their personal e-mail and can communicate between seller and shoppers

f) Want I also want is area that we can have REALTORS list their featured listings. There would be a page say called " LISTINGS BY REALTOIRS" this would allow realtors to logon using their own user name and manage their own top 10 listings. This would be an area exclusive to each Realtor so that they can list their listings and manage them as well as have their contact information on each page with there own home pages and links to that.

I need a virtual online 360 degrees tour for all sellers and realtors properties properties

I would need a control panel to manage the listings.

I want also the user feedback on the properties and comments.
