Design a page (in flash, web page, ..) where we capture the candidate info such as (name, ID#, Contractor, Dept, Date, …etc)
When the candidate provides all the required info above, we will allow him to proceed with the test ) Each time the questions will be generated randomly) .
Upon completion of the test, we would like to capture the score.
We would like then to save all the information and the test score into log sheet (database or excel file).
Then we would like to print a certificate showing the candidate info and the score.
