webforms in ASP.Net

we are looking for 4 webforms that we can integrate into an already existing asp.net website and a site clean up:
1. webform 1: discussion forum (perfect to use an off-the-shelf with some adjustment of the layout/ css). User authentication should use the websites authentication
2. webform 2: amazon search form, listing items and allowing the user to leave a rating (5 star ajax) on individual items. Information should be stored in a database
3. webform 3: list of all previously rated items by logged-in user and allowing to change those ratings
4. webform 4: document submission, with some other questions to answer by user. Information should go into database and confirmation to user as well as admin notification should be sent by email automatically
5. site clean up, mainly css related to aligning containers, add shadows to main website container etc.
