We are a los angeles based entertainment company that is developing a web based portal similar to [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] to rent and/or sell films/video to be viewed either after download or via streaming to consumers. We are seeking freelance programmer or web company that has experience in Windows media DRM to develop the backend and integrate with skin that will be separately designed. Programmer must have skills in DRM in an ecommerce environment. Further specific description of requirements in order to accurately bid project to come once we further select experienced programmers. Here are a few specifics: - Choice of either "Rental" (example for a 24 hour period), or to purchase (unlimited viewings. - viewer should be able to have a subscription program which allows unlimited downloading, or purchase on an individual basis. - download manager i.e. download at any predesignated time - full ecommerce integration (charge to credit card or paypal) - we plan to upload 1000 programs/films on our server and we should be able to easily "activate" or "de-active" the films causing them to be available for sale or not appear. - the DRM will be based on Windows media DRM Please send hourly range requirements and any experience in this area.
