Ideally I would require content for the below sections although you can create the article using what headings you like. To be written in a leadership 101 style but quickly pick up to cover your main MBA learnings / experience.
balanced score cards and how they work, what they are, benefits and down falls
hiring talent - what to look for - common interview techniques
developing employees -
A players Vs B players
importance of communications and weekly huddles
recognising employees not just financially, but showing appreciation
different styles of leadership
and their benefits / drawbacks
The idea is that after reading your content a small business owner will have a better understanding of the concepts of being a leader, common pit falls, I will leave the word count/ length of each section up to your creative side as is needs to be detailed enough to be valuable but short enough to be read online.
I'm very flexible, and will leave it to you to write the article, leveraging from your expertise, which would be in the range of 5000 words. I need this to be your own work, and not copied.
