Your Working Terms And Conditions :
1. After Getting Hired You will be getting started with small projects
of $1 per 500 words for at least 15-30 days(must agree otherwise don't apply) then we will go for the
big projects with you seeing your quality and consistency and your
rates can be increased up to $3-$5 per 500 words.

YOU NEED TO MAKE A CONTRACT WITH US THAT YOU WILL WORK AT LEAST FOR 15
DAYS TO GET YOUR PAYMENTS. RUNNING IN FROM YOUR PROJECTS WILL CANCEL
ALL YOUR WORK PAYMENTS.
2. Writers Must Provide Their Contact Details and Gmail id and must be
available on G Talk OR SKYPE For Project Discussions.

4. Writers Must Give Prior Notice If they are not available to work on that day.
5 If any writers are found running away from project without prior
notice this will lead to cancellation of all his future projects.

cancellation of all his payments and future works.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
1. PAYMENTS WILL BE ON DAY BY DAY BASIS FOR DAILY PROJECTS, WEEKLY
BASIS FOR WEEKLY PROJECTS AND MONTHLY BASIS FOR MONTHLY PROJECTS(TWO DAYS IN A MONTH 7th and 27 th) . THIS
WILL BE DISCUSSED TO HIRED WRITERS.
2. WE WILL PAY YOU BY PAYPAL FOR THE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT ON YOUR PAID
DATE . IF YOU DON'T HAVE PAYPAL ACCOUNT YOU WILL GET PAID BY NET
BANKING WITHIN 1-3 WORKING DAYS OF BANKS OR IF YOU WANT TO GET PAID BY FREELANCE PAYMENT METHOD YOU CAN BE PAID HERE TOO.
3. PAYMENT WILL BE DONE ONLY AFTER APPROVAL OF ARTICLES FROM OUR CLIENTS.
4. WE WILL BE PAYING NO MILESTONE FOR THE PROJECTS TO STARTERS . BUT
IF YOU ARE HIRED ON PERMANENT BASIS YOU WILL GET 10 % MILESTONE
PAYMENT FOR YOUR SECOND WORK AFTER YOUR 1ST WORK IS APPROVED.
