Build a iphone/ipad/android ebook like app using titanium

We have one book (with chinese and english version) in word and pdf format. We would like to use appcelerator titanium to build two iphone/ipad/android apps (one for chinese version and one for english version) and put those books content into the app.
We expect the first page is table of content page and user can
1. click the particular topic and go to the corresponding content
2. the app store the current page when exit and go to the same page when start up the app next time
