I need a bakery/cake order form for my store.
this is not a form for a website. it's a form I plan to print from Microsoft word. Therefore you must create a doc bakery/cake order form, it will be about 3-5 pages in length
you will be responsible for finding information to go on the form.
I attached a form I like to show u some of the options on the form I am looking for. I would like u to use information from this form but also add more information like cupcakes, cake pops brownies, cookies, a cake template for design etc.... please put the phrase "cake it" at the beginning of your bid so i know u read and understand the project.
