The idea is that the graphics printed on the front of the glass swirl into the liquid and disappear, then a criminal character forms out of the liquid and appears in the glass, then disappears into the liquid again and the female detective forms out of the liquid and gets swallowed in the swirl of liquid then the eyeball starts to form. So it's all moving and a bit indistinct but you can clearly see the character/eyeball form before it disappears again into the liquid.
