iOS App Convertion from existing Android Kotlin App

We have an Android app coded in Kotlin that uses the following Technologies:
Firestore - for fast and on-line Database
Sentry - To have an integrated platform for error and event handling
This app is a companion App for the doctor, to use together with the web app. It’s a small app, containing just five screens.
Objectives:
The project is to convert this Android App in an IOS App, main functionality is:
Login page using Firebase Auth Custom made login screen
Home Screen thats allows the doctors (users of this App) to change their status, (this is just a flag in the Firestore DB)
Listening for incoming calls from patients (listener is Firestore)
In the foreground - Rings a sound to warn the doctor and goes to the replay screen
In the background (this is fundamental and very important) as the doctor may not be using the app and need to be warned about an incoming call. In this case the behaviour should be a notification that rings the same sound as in a) and when the user touches the notification it should go to the rplay screen.
This replay screen gives the doctor the option to answer:
No, I want to reject the call
I will pick up the call in
2 minutes
5 minutes
10 minutes
Based on the previous response either the call is rejected, the firestore collection for consultation is updated with a status (we have a status map that we will provide) and it’s done!
Or if the replay is positive a countdown screen is shown to the doctor indicating the time left to pick up the call (note that the call - actually a video-call is to be answered in a web app and it’s not part of this project scope)
The app must be prepared for localization and use PT (Portuguese - Brazilian Protuguse) as the main language. (We will provide all necessary translations).
The App should be responsive depending on the screen sizes and target at least iPhone 6 screen size as minimum
All screen designs ( the app works only in portrait mode) and assets will be provided. If no asset is provided you should use a standard iOS objects, buttons, etc.
Project Deliverables:
The conversion of this APP from Android Kotin to iOS Swift
Regular status meetings ( 15 minutes twice or three times a week)
You will use a repo on GitHub we will provide for you, in that repo you should follow our environments rules:
Dev - Regular dev repo (Development)
Sta - As soon you have a version for us to test (Stagging)
Prd - Production repo (Production)
The development should be made taking into account the environments because:
Each environment points to a different Firestore Project
There are some Build Options variables that change according to the environment for with you will be compiling.
The app should be delivered with unit tests done so that we can do the integrated tests
Publish the app in the apple store in our name
And finally to finnish the project we want an on-line workshop with you to explain us what you did, a walkthrough on the App.
Important TimeLine
We expect the app to be ready in 2 weeks
We need to have it launched for a live pilot starting in 18/11
What we will expect from you:
A professional Mobile developer ;
Knowing Android and Kotlin is not mandatory but it would be appreciated
Good English / Portuguese or Spanish to talk to us
Able to do the quick status meetings between 7PM and 11PM UTC Time (Portugal)
Able to do longer workshops at weekends to deal with issues, doubts, etc
