I'm looking for a developer to create a simple iOS app (in React, so it can easily be an Android or web app later) that can access the exact GPS location of the user, displayed on a map interface, and allows them to share that location as a saveable and nameable pin or "totem". This app should have a simple back end that stores these in a database, accessible by other users once the totem is created. Other users of the app will then be able to see this totem when they download and open the app.
Looking for someone with experience building a similar app or familiar with the tech stack needed, and can complete a workable MVP in a week. In your reply please outline your implementation plan and ideally include any example of apps you've already built. There is potential for further work after the initial engagement. Below is an outline of the app and expected functionality. The MVP may or may not include all the functional outlined, depending on cost, time required and difficulty in implementation which we can discuss.

What is Totem?
Totem is a location app that will direct you to a specific person you are trying to find in large crowds. The digital totem will assist in pinpointing you to someone without the hassle of trying to call, text or just eyeing someone in a sea of people.
How is Totem useful?
It can be stressful keeping track of friends at music and street festivals. Totem will help eliminate some of that stress by connection you directly with friends that you may have lost in a crowd or just need to reconnect with after splitting up. Totem app is basically a virtual Totem that acts as a guide to finding those in your group.
How does Totem Work?
Users sign up for the Totem App and can add their phone number for their personal totem. Once they need to be located, they can have another user send them a request to be found or they can send their totem location to that user. Both user’s totems will flash red until both totems are connected and both turn green. To assist the tracker in finding someone in large crowds, they can receive an audible ping that goes slower the farther they are and faster the more accurate and closer they are to the location. Once located, the user who was being tracked can switch off their totem and confirmed they’ve been located.
Future features of Totem could include:
A way for users to personally design their totems
Short profiles with profile pics of each Totem user
The ability for users to connect with totems that aren’t a personal contact of theirs
