Forward/enable a port on qemu based Windows 2012 VM

I have a windows 2012 based Virtual machine created from a CENTOS 7 linux server using QEMU but I need to forward a port on the windows VM so that its accessible to the outside. Currently from inside the windows VM (http://localhost:2222), I can access the port using localhost but outside, its not accessible such as [url removed, login to view]
I need someone to open/forward this port 2222.
