Designing a web site for rental of real estate. This will include member's list, ability to make financial transactions, home page and templates, apps for manipulating data. Site is for approximately 2,000 properties owned by a variety of vendors - this site will compile/mine info, add it to manually entered info, and present it to site visitors.
Should include use of Dreamweaver and Flash. Additional recommendations are appreciated and will be part of the selection criteria. Confidentiality agreement required.
