I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows, preferably using Python.
We need to be able to send daily WhatsApp messages to a contact list. Please note that we are simply looking to get an idea of how much it would cost to develop a system like this. We will decide whether or not to go ahead with the project at a later stage.
