Help me use Photoshop files to transform to InDesign and PDF files for book

I need help with the final stage of a simple book I am putting together.
I will provide this:
- 3 photoshop files with images and text required for cover and inside of book
You will provide back to me
- 2 InDesign files, 1 with cover file and 1 with inner files
- 2 PDF exports, the one with the inner files needs to be under 100MB without reducing quality
- Inner pages are 40, 20 for images and 20 for text
You will need to:
- Fit images from Photoshop into the right size for cover and inner pages
- Add a border to the images based on style provided
- Make sure all files are in the same size for the book
- Make sure that bleeding is provided to avoid issues during printing
