Frontends for MySQL database

I have a MySQL database with multiple tables. For each table I have a PHP frontend to add, modify, delete data.
I do not like the frontends. I would like somebody to redesign my frontends and add some more forms to allow searching of database and better presentation of results.
I want the frontends to be simple entry and search forms. All my tables are linked to the main table through a primary key. So each new record entry form must pull primary key data from main table.
I also would like to add a facility for individual users of the database to have their own login so that they cannot delete other users data and can only delete or modify their own data.
