Email reformatting and sending

We have a taxi business and would like to accept bookings via a Apple and Andriod app.

We currentely have a app that works fine and sends an email to us which we then manually type it into our system.

I would like this automated.

Our booking system can accept and act on email bookings but only if there formatted in the correct manor.

What I need:

A method of receiving the email from the app then reformatting it so it will be accepted by our depatch system.

I can supply a copy of the app email and a copy of what our system accepts.
