We are looking for a web designer with good skills in responsive web design (mobile first) and web site development ( including UI and UX along with complete contents ) and excellent SEO and SMO. Adhere to SEO best practices and fast and optimized site.
We would prefer someone from Pune, India but we will consider freelancers from other locations as well. The developer should provide a good CMS option along with back end development. Developer will also need to support for deployment and need to know how to write unique content and SEO rules. Website should support localization. This site would need to build on similar lines like, [login to view URL] This is just for reference site. There would be more menus and ideas need to be developed.
Skills required: CSS, HTML, PHP, MySQL, JQuery OR .Net platform
