Need excel Formula/Function to replace old File name with new File name.

Hello,
I have an excel sheet with links, old and new file names, however I like to match the old file name to the downloaded file name by link.
So I need to match the new file name with the Old file name through the links, so I could rename the files. I can't organize/sort the files because they are missing some of the files.
example:
Excel Old file sheet:
Old File Name Link
B120 [url removed, login to view]
B121 [url removed, login to view]
B123 [url removed, login to view]
New Downloaded file names sheet:
Link New file name
[url removed, login to view] Book230
[url removed, login to view] Book 2785
[url removed, login to view] Book75
New and old name match through Links - NEED Formula
