The first page of their site communicated virtually nothing about what the company did, their values, experience, etc. Redesign visually ties in the lifelong ties of the firm's founder and employees to Philadelphia, and the Philadelphia real estate market. The credentials and experience of the principals are now easily and quickly ascertained by site visitors. The old design required numerous clicks on finicky menus that were not user friendly.
