We have a YouTube Channel that features Fishing videos and we starting an "old school video" marketing campaign.
The contest will be our audition to find a video editor for our upcoming old-school video series that will include re-producing at least 1 video per week.
We are looking for an editor that is creative, self motivated and ready to be part of our team as we bring our fishing show to the next level. We are gaining popularity and have nearly 3,000 subscribers with 1.2 million lifetime views. We have made videos for the past 7 years library of 250 videos with around 200 of them that could be re-edited, produced and marketing to our growing fanbase.
We are using this contest to find the best person to join our team to create amazing fishing and underwater videos to share with the world. Earning potential depends on how hard you are willing to work and how many videos you can produce. We will be paying using a revenue sharing model with our hired editors.
We will give a prize of $10 to the winner of this contest and ALSO 20% of our YouTube Adsense Revenue for the lifetime of the videos produced.
The contest will consist of editing 2 videos which will be our open audition to get the job as our Editer for Old School Video Series.

Use your own creative talent to create memorable videos that will have a high viewer retention rate and make sure if any copyrighted songs in the background are covered up. Both videos are roughly 13 minutes long and we are looking to re-create videos 2-4 mins long.
