I need an attractive design of 320x50 and 300x250 HTML5 banners with the text "Start Trading" and a very small font risk warning in the bottom with the text "your capital is at risk".

The banners can be animated.

The HTML can not include SVG tags. Instead, you can include standalone .svg files and reference them in the HTML.

I've attached two screenshots of the pages where it will appear (at the bottom of the page).
In addition, 2 screenshots of the landing pages to which the user will be directed are attached too.

The delivery should be the HTML5 code of the two banners (320x50 and 300x250).
The design of each of the sizes could be different.

  No preferred colors, although orange and green background with white text worked nice so far. But I'm looking to improve the performance so whatever you think will work best.
