Require a proof of concept android/ ios app that connects to a chat bot (Watson, Lex, Dialogflow, Liveperson etc). The UI will consist of two main components: 1. GPS map showing the user's current location in realtime with other locations highlighted that can be pre-selected by the user . 2. a message box to converse with the chatbot (once api established to the chat bot we will assist with a very simplistic conversation tree, just want to see it connected to and working with the chat bot). Once the phone user moves to any of the points they have set on the map they automatically receive a pre-set message in the app's message box, the same message via facebook messenger and the same message via sms (connect via api to twilio, plivo etc. on this we assume).

This is a proof of concept project to filter out only the most competent/ enthusiastic for working with us. The ultimate project will turn into full-time employment. Obviously we are most keen on seeing deliverables - apps that are working that we can test. However, if you feel you can add value by documenting your preferred build structure we are just as keen to discuss with you too. Would you use a different chatbot? (Liveperson, Lex etc). How would you connect the SMS API? (code it, twilio, plivo etc.). What language would you use?

We are keen to get the ball rolling on this ASAP and are looking for a LONG TERM PARTNER .

Just a further clarification required. Can I use Firebase as a server to host all the messages that would be sent? Or do you want it on any specific platform.

  Hi nice to meet you OK basically what we want to do is set it so the app sees that you are near one of the locations and sens you a message for that location. The app will ultimately be for a treasure hunt with clues sent to the user when they get to the location we want the clues to be able to be sent via either a message on the app screen, via facebook messenger or via an sms. On this original project phase we just want the same message sent via all three to prove it works.
