really rough draft

this took me about 10mins and again is a rough draft. I require feedback to continue; did you like the positioning of the characters? does the middle guy appear to be the leader? what colors should I use for the clothing and appearance of the character? Is there any changes to the environment that i should change(add more creatures...) PS. I didnt understand how you wanted the portal. Did you want 2 portals ( one in the far back and one above them) or (one that stretches from the back into the top)
