Résumé du concours

Design of 3 pages (screens) for the Mobile Application and the menu options to access each page.
Page names are: "Dashboard", "Financial Report" and "Documents".
Each design should be simple yet modern, clean looking, user friendly.

Task Details
We have an existing web app which should be adapted to Mobile.
We expect to get initial design ideas delivered either in PSD or XD.
We are therefore just looking for the design aspects at this time, no development needed.

Specific Requirements
- We are providing the images bellow.
- All fields and data described at the images should be available at the mobile design, but you may change colors, replace the text by icons, change table for cards or any other layout changes to improve the mobile experience.

We recommend the following changes, also described at the images:
Dashboard: You may join PROPERTIES and RENTAL STATUS in just one donuts graphic. Rental Status are the details of Rented properties. You may also use other components and types of graphics.

Financial Report: You may find a way to show all fields at the layout, but if you cannot find a way, we have classified the primary and secondary fields.
Primary fields are STATUS, PROPERTY and INCOME. Pressing "Details" could expand to show TENANT, CONTRACT END DATE, REVENUE and EXPENSES.

You may submit more than one version of each page (screen) if you wish.

Also this is a contest, but I am looking for multiple designs also for other websites.
So if your design is good, you will be contacted anyway.

A little question:
What does date-selector in the Fin.Report exactely select?
Does it form selection of financial entities by selected day;
or does it form selection until exact day?
Seems to be obvious, but just want to clarify. :)

  Hi,
  It represents the deposit date, which happens once a month but not necessary at the same day.
  For instance, the dates should be Jun 30th, Jul, 30th, Aug 30th and so on, but in our system it may happen as Jun 29th, Jul 30th, Aug 28th, and we would like to show this to the user.
