To all freelancers, please apply as this could be the most exciting job you will be working on this year!!
This contest is just the first screening to select the best UX guy, who will then work with me to improve the initial sketch and take it to the next level.

So what I need is a responsive website where users, on a big map, can see all locations where they have been in their lives.
I am adding below 2 pictures of how the map may look like:
1) in the case of the big one, users will see highlighted spots of where they've been
2) zooming in, they can see more in detail.

It is the go-to-app for travellers to store/track/share their trips memories, as nowadays you have too many platforms to do that (some check-ins on FB, some pics on Instagram, some geotagged pics on your phone, but not a unique platform to store and visualise them all at once).

The idea is that the phone (in the beginning, but will have to work to integrate all existing devices with in-built GPS - Garmin, smartwatches, any kind of GPS tracker) tracks wherever I am going so I can see it on the map.
On top of tracking, I can pin places for my own memory and attach pictures/ videos to them, so that I have them saved. I can also share everything with other people, so when they are planning their trips they can see where are users have been, can see their pictures and comments on the place.
The idea is to create a big community over time, but need to go step by step of course.

To make this all simpler especially in the beginning, users need to connect FB/ Instagram, Google/ FourSquare accounts to fetch all information and pictures of places seen already. This would help to get old information but would work in the future too, so if I add a picture on Instagram then it is added on Iter as well.
At the end of the day, I would have a unique place where i store whatever concerns my trips.

So this is the initial step, I hope it is clear enough for you guys to get creative so we can than polish your drafts and create a kick ass website.
