The techie will check the WP website serbianmonitor.com and see what exactly is causing the resource usages. It's not about simple caching or database optimization, since we have already done these steps with very limited results. The freelancer engaged in the project will have to provide an in-depth analysis of the possible issues to be submitted to Siteground technical support for an evaluation before starting implementing the proposed solutions.
The engagement will be split into two phases: the first one about the website analysis and assessment of the real reasons of this CPU resource over use; the second one about the implementation of the action previously approved.
This evolves also the possibility to work on the code of the website.
