I'd like to see 4 word bubbles with faces similar to those in file "Leader Culture icon", interacting with each other. They don't all need to be overlapping, but should be connected in some way. It is not necessary for each one to have blank text lines, but each one should have a face. Faces don't need to be the same. One person/bubble should be slightly larger than the other 3 in order to represent the leader, but not a strong overly prominent leader.

What I want to represent is "Development of Leadership and Storytelling Culture". This title will be used below icon, but the title is not part of the contest. I only need the graphic. You can be creative in placement of word bubbles. I look forward to your entriy and hope to finish contest early.

Weight of lines in graphic should be similar to other attached file, "growth healing icon".(heart) icon because both icons will be on same page. The heart icon is not part of the contest. It's OK if they are different sizes, but line thickness should be similar.

These images are to generate creativity. It's not necessary to use this exact image. The point is to use speech bubbles so it is clear that people are connected through talking (storytelling). I want to convey that telling stories strengthens community relationships

The "leader" should be mixed in with the group, not an "up front" boss type of leader. It should be clear that the smaller images are providing input, not just being listeners or followers.
