Hello.
I am a real-estate sales agent. I am consulting on the next few steps of this building,
My Client has an old building that needs painted. I would like someone who have a stylish eye on how to paint this building. I would like artist renderings with a few color options. I like the windows and lines of the building. We are looking for earth tones with a pop of color. Possibly an orange, redish orange or green accent. The block wall front of the building faces the street. The white signs will be replaced with a smoke bronze semi transparent glass. The owner would like to keep the trees and landscaping but, plans on trimming them back. I've included 2 elevations.
