PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION: NEW LOGO SHOULD BE NEAR MY UPLOADED NEW MOCK UP. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY HOW THE OLD LOGO SHOULD BE TRANSFERRED, BUT OF COURSE FONT AND DETAILS SHOULD BE DONE. BUT PLEASE DON'T ADD ANY ITEMS.

I have a mockup of the update for our existing logo. I need the final and prepared design for the logo and the variations. After logo design is finished, I need a whole corporate design including business cards, facebook header etc., that will follow in a further job.

The new logo should focus my mockup with the shutter edges, it doesnt have to be square. We need two variations of the basic OnlineMarketing.de logo:
- one with white writings and shutter on a blue background
- one with coloured writing and shutter on a transparent background
(maybe also with white writings and coloured shutter edges)

Since we have different sub projects running under OnlineMarketing.de brand, I need logos for our sub projects. For the challenge here, only two sub logos are needed.

That means that OnlineMarketing.de and the /Jobs and /Unternehmensnews should be included in the logo and the colours.
