Need a logo for a mental health therapy practice. The logo will be used on our website, on t-shirts, and on stickers. It will need to be delivered in multiple formats (for print, online, etc.). We would like to incorporate something that easily demonstrates that this is a mental health therapy practice. We would like it to be professional, creative, fresh and very hip/cool at the same time. It could possibly have a similar look to a sporting team logo (circle with icon inside and text around it - just a thought). It will need to incorporate the practice name and website (we can supply this to the selected contest winner to add during editing). ***Custom logos only please***

only submited their design with MockUP template (especially 3D MockUP).
only judge the design with neutral background color (black/white).
otherwise your judgement is a skewed,
because 3D MockUP is just for show, its a form of a DESIGNER SCAM..
it's only a PHOTOSHOP EDITING.. it's gonna be different when you receive the original file
