logo must have a graphic symbol beside like in freelancer ( DO NOT COPY OR IMITATE ) ( this must not be lettering )
logo must be easy to read, must look extremely clean and easy.
must be a happy logo, nice to look at, although being corporate, for a successful company.
to be placed in website, paperwork, contracts, etc.

logos that i like( must NOT be copies ) ( only for your reference ) : freelancer.com , fiverr.com, infojobs.com , google.com , yahoo.com , bing, com

must be in .psd or .ai formats, with transfer of full rights and full access to original files with no restriction, must have access to different layers without restrictions. must be able to modify.
