  Proposal #152 is the "corporate identity kit" that matches our proposed logo ( #147 and #148 )
  
  The Corporate Identity Kit includes:
  
  1 A4 letterhead including logo, header, footer and dedicated space to input your corporate address, phone no. and email address
  1 Business Card including logo and dedicated space to input officer's name, title, email address and any other related information
  1 Complimentary Slip including logo and a complimentary message
  1 Envelope including logo and dedicated space to input receive address
  
  In the event our logo is selected at the end of the contest, we will supply you with the corporate identity kit in editable format. This should help you save a considerable amount of time while using our matching corporate kit. CloneSolutions engages itself into supplying a turnkey solution which we hope will help serve your business needs

     It is the first time I come across a chosen winner before contest ends.
     
     Anyway I advise you to submit your design since the contest holder is not actually online to clarify the situation.
