We are a couple that is preparing to launch a course that teaches ordinary people how to create meaningful secondary income streams through renting out space in their homes (couches, rooms, entire homes, etc.) on the Airbnb homesharing site.

The curriculum advises students on the best way to set up a profile, attract guests, prepare their home for stays, communicate with guests, get great reviews, and make more revenue renting out their space than their competition.

Airbnb gives hosts the potential to make thousands of dollars of extra income per month IN ADDITION to the money they make in their normal jobs. We teach our students how to quickly start generating this income with about 4 hours of coursework.

The "Foo" in our name is a metaphor for anything you want in life - perhaps it is a new car, to travel more, to be debt free, to start a business - Foo can be anything you want it to be but it's the REASON you are taking our courses, and it's what keeps you motivated. HomeFoo gets you across the finish line!

We have attached a full branding document explaining our mission, values and other designs we like.

We are open to any interpretation of HomeFoo. You could try all lowercase, a combination (HomeFOO), or whatever the design requires or looks best.

Once we have selected a logo, we would also like to create a Powerpoint template for our courses. We would like one template design for a master slide (cover slide) and another for the working slides (the meat of the presentation.)

We like simple, sleek, modern design. We have included examples of other logos in our branding brief. We have also included color suggestions but once again, we are open to trying different colors if you think they are a good idea.

  The issues here is we had a lot of intention from the contest holder, the brief with a wall of visions and exemples of logos with icon, regular updates on how the logo must be about freedom, abundance, unique marks... and we end up with a regular one typo logotype who doesn't take into account any of the contest holder's direction. kudos on vkdykohc on delivering a proper logo ( its a course after all so good on him to go with the standard option and its a good choice for the contest holder's project) but bad point for the contest holders who didn't know what they wanted and lead us into missdirection. Its the "Hillary Logo" screw up all over again...
