As you suggested this is an artistic rendition of your requirements.The sizing of various elements will have slight variation in their actual measurements. The Design is mainly focused on optimum usage and access for the people occupying the compound,Since the place a has hot climate,a attracting garden area will be plus.So It is centered in the plot as every resident inside the compound can have easy and direct access to the garden. Main Villa is directly pointed at the entrance via the garden,which will add to the majestic look.The man cave and indoor gym/swimming pool area is spread beside the main villa. The Garage and residence for the drivers are one single complex,which will enable easy access to the street and cars. Man cave is attached to one corner of the plot secluded from the residence area. The imagery and concept is there to guide you to the actual placement of elements in your plot.Hope it will convey my design.
